Our first rate Sales, Production, and Shipping Departments are ready meet your needs. Most orders for TrimLine Canopies, Mesh Panel Display Walls, and Indoor Booth Frames are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. Please place your orders with as much advance notice as possible so that we can accommodate your needs in a timely fashion.We ship predominantly via UPS, and offer all of their express options – 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. In order to avoid the need for expensive express shipping, we urge you to allow as much lead time as possible when placing your order. Shipping rates vary greatly– depending on the actual weight of your shipment, your zip code and the level of UPS service you request. We will quote your shipping cost when you place your order.
Our products are made and packaged with great care. If you receive any shipment in damaged condition please contact us immediately to ensure credit for the damage from UPS. Our products are guaranteed for three (3) years to be free of manufacturing defects. We accept no responsibility for damage resulting from use of any kind. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund – minus 10% re-stocking fee. Refund does not include shipping costs from Flourish Company to you, nor the cost of return shipping. Please call for return approval. No returns will be accepted without “Return Merchandise Authorization”. Returns must be in clean and unused condition. This guarantee does not apply to custom work of any kind nor to any orders for flame-resistant fabrics or fabric products.
Flame Resistance Certifications
The fabrics used in the manufacture of TrimLine Canopies and MeshPanel Display Walls have been produced in accordance with U.S. flame specification test method NFPA-701 and/or with the specifications of the California State Fire Marshall, and have been independently tested and verified to meet or exceed such standards. These materials are not flameptop and will burn if left in continuous contact with a flame source. TrimLine Referral Program
Dear TrimLine Canopy Owner, We hope that you are pleased with your new canopy and that you will share your enthusiasm with your colleagues. When someone you refer to us purchases a canopy, we will say thank you with a twenty-five dollar ($25) check. For your convenience you may download and print referral flyers to hand out to people interested in your canopy. Be sure to receive credit for each sale by putting your name on the flyers you distribute. Remember to ask your colleagues to mention your name when they place their order. Hi Jim: We had our first show this last Saturday - and it turns out that there were strong thunderstorms and tornado warnings. I want you to know that we had confidence in our TrimLine canopy, and in its ability to protect the fine art photography that we had inside. When the worst storms hit, we rolled down and zipped the side walls, and put on the front wall. The canopy was stable throughout. One storm was so severe that the majority of the canopies in the show were either damaged, or went airborne and damaged other canopies! We were fine. Thank you for making a quality product. Hi Chris, I hope you had a chance to see the article about Cherokee Triangle Park. I want to say I have used my new trimline at two festivals so far, and am amazed at the difference in sales. I have almost doubled. I can display so much more and have a much nicer look with the mesh panels. Thanks again for all your help. The next festival I will use my 10 foot extension, 10x20, so I may have to call you again for help. Hey Luke. Here is the first show at Mackinaw City MI. My wife, 10 year old daughter and myself set it up in about 40 min. We are already happy with that because that is about the same time it took to set up our Ez-Up. A lot of that time we put into the Ez-Up was because all the brackets, bars and tubes I added to keep it on the ground. I sent a pix of my Wind Spinner bracket so you could see what I did with the awning brackets I bought. I have a few other brackets I ft. m going to get after a few more shows to make sure what I want to do will work. Very, very happy and well worth the money invested. Thank you much, Jeff Hamman
Hi Tom, I ordered a TrimLine Canopy a couple of weeks ago and I have to commend you on your brilliant design. I am a 62 yr old woman and it took me longer to get everything unloaded from the boxes than it did to put it together the first time. I had watched the 2 videos so I felt I knew what to do--I put it together in less than an hour the first time and I was alone until it came time to put the top on it.. My daughter, the artist, is 25 and we took it to her first show this past weekend. We had no problem putting it together on site and were really pleased how professional she looked. …. I wanted to let you know how ecstatically satisfied I am with your product. I was a little intimidated by 4 boxes, so of course procrastinated setting it up. I wound up setting it up at a show (not recommended, I know) after watching the DVD the night before - it was SO much easier than I expected! I see teams of people setting up and breaking down these style of tents, scratching their heads - looked difficult - SO NOT!! My first time took @ 1.5 hours - booth holders told me I wouldn ft. t be ready in time, but I was. My second time setting up took less than an hour - I ft. m sure I can cut that down. And then I get to sit in my beautiful, sturdy, light-filled tent and admire the breeze ruffling the composure of every EZ Up owner there. At the first show I actually didn ft. t sell much jewelry because all I could talk about was my new tent! .... After having my old tent literally bend in a wind gust at a show in March I knew it was time for a better tent. I am so thankful that I got a TrimLine. It was tested this past weekend at ArtFest, Dallas when a real heavy rain came down. My tent stayed stable and my work dry through all of it. I just wanted to take the time to praise you on the WONDERFUL canopy that you make! My husband and I participate in 20 to 30 outdoor art shows all over the county each year. And when we first started, we really did our homework when it came to purchasing our canopy. We are very glad we did! We looked at all the canopies on the market including E-Z Up and Show Off among others and finally decided on the TrimLine. One of the BEST decisions we ever made! We have been through 3 tornadoes (in Oklahoma), one snow storm (in Colorado) and many thunderstorms (all over) and “Old Bertha” has never let us down once. We just completed our first show with our new Flourish TrimLine. It went up easily and was easy to take down. At the show in Marietta, GA, my wife and I had it up in minutes. Bill Ronay, who publishes the Ronay Guide to Arts and Crafts Shows, came by while we were setting up and remarked that we had the “Cadillac of Canopy’s”. I have to tell you, these guys are great to work with. They are all artists/crafters and realize that we each have our own individual needs when it comes to a canopy. They have put a lot of thought into what a canopy should provide (from the artist’s point of view) and I think they did a great job.
