Do you have sales?

The answer is always “No”. The reason is that we want to price our products fairly for everyone, all the time. We would hate to have one of our customers exhibiting next to someone who had paid less for the same product. If we could set our prices lower and make a living, we would. The goodwill and word of mouth of our customers is our most important advertising. We are dedicated to treating everyone fairly.

 

Can I get Free Shipping?

We see free shipping as a gimmick. The fact is, shipping costs and we feel it is more honest and equitable that each individual pay for the actual cost of his/her order. We figure the shipping charge by the UPS cost, the cost of the box and tape, and the time it takes to pack it.

 

Do carry bags come with a Trimline Canopy?

No. Instead, we offer a full featured canopy that includes many standard features we consider essential, such as a frosty skylight, 4 fully zippered sidewalls, and dual heat/wind vents.

 

We ship each Trimline with enough pole ties to bundle the poles into groups of 6 so they are easy to move in and out of your vehicle. We offer pole bags and some people prefer to use them, but they are not essential

.

We offer a carry bag set for the canopy top and side walls, but many people already have a plastic storage bin that works just as well.

 

We know that keeping cost down is very important to our customers so we don’t want to include anything that isn’t really necessary.
