Snap Together Steel Frame |
 |
The TrimLine Canopy is strong, free-standing (no guy ropes), stable, and easy to assemble. The poles are galvanized 1 3/16" diameter steel tubing. All poles longer than 5 ft. are made of 2 sections that snap together. The rafters are non-breakable Schedule 40 PVC. They store flat for easy transport. Leg height is fully adjustable from 7 ft. to 8 ft. for set up on uneven ground. Set-up time: 25 Minutes. |
| 11 oz. White Vinyl Roof and Sides |

We use top quality white vinyl. It's tough, durable (ultra-violet light protected), waterproof, and rip-stop. Flame Resistance is built into the fabric - an official Certificate of Flame-Resistance comes with every unit, and Flame-Resistance labels are sewn into the roof and walls. |
| Double - Wide Skylight |
| As exhibitors we do not consider the skylight an option. It is essential to sales to illuminate your artwork. Our 58" wide frosty-clear (not window-clear) vinyl panel runs the full width of the roof to ensure bright, even illumination of your display. The skylight is made with a UV-light inhibitor so that sunlight will not fade colors in your work. |  |
| Four Fully Zippered Sides |
| Sidewalls zip to the roof and zip to each other where they meet along the legs. Marine-grade double-pull zippers open and close from inside or out. Three tough Velcro wind straps are standard on the sides of each wall - they are included in the base price, not offered as an expensive add-on. Wind straps allow you to securely fasten the sidewall to the leg when you've removed the adjoining wall - as when you open your booth in the morning and remove the front wall. Easy to use roll-up straps with snap closures let you roll up sides if you wish instead of removing them. Corner Zippers are backed by rain-guard plackets and a valence covers the zippers where they meet the top. All 4 walls included. |  |
Heat and Wind Vents |
| Vents are not an option. They are essential in summer-like weather conditions to minimize hot air buildup under the roof. Vents also act as a release from wind pressure in the same way that scalloped cut-outs on street banners keep them from becoming giant sails. Located at both ends of the roof, the 20" x 30" screened openings have roll-up covers that may be accessed from inside or outside the canopy. |  |
| Anchoring Kit |
| The greatest challenge for the outdoor exhibitor is remaining earth bound when the wind blows. To help you we include two 16" Spiral Tie-down Screws and four 10" Steel Tent Spikes for additional hold-down strength (TrimLine 10 x 15 and 10 x 20 canopies include extra spikes and tie downs).
